Terms of Service

These terms cover this website, our free tools and our fixed-price production packages. By using the site or booking a package, you agree to them. You must be 18 or older to book a package.

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Anchor Studios Venice, 313 Grand Blvd #221, Venice, CA 90291, operated by Ori Mor (“Anchor Studios”, “we”). Contact: hello@anchorstudiosvenice.com.

2. The site and free tools

Free tools such as Pet Star, Story Studio, Classroom and Workplace are provided as is. Features may change or be withdrawn. Anything labeled Beta or Coming soon is not yet available, so please do not rely on it.

3. Production packages

We sell fixed-price animated production. The pricing page lists what each package includes: running time, shots, characters, settings, formats and revision rounds. Anything beyond that needs a written change order with its own price and timeline. We do not offer unlimited revisions or unlimited generation.

4. Payment

Packages are paid in full at booking, and production starts after payment clears. Approved enterprise customers may pay against a purchase order, with payment due before the production start date. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not see or store your full card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before you pay.

5. What we need from you

You provide the brief, approvals and materials we ask for, on time. Target delivery after scope and assets are approved is about 10 business days for a Pilot, 10 to 15 for a Standard Film and 20 to 30 for a Campaign Pack. These are estimates that assume timely feedback, and client delays shift dates. If a project is stalled for 60 days because we are waiting on you, we may close it, and the refund rules below apply.

6. AI-assisted production

We use AI tools together with human creative direction. Outputs can vary, and we cannot promise a specific result beyond the approved brief and storyboard. Some AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection, so we cannot promise you exclusive copyright in every element of a film.

7. Your content

You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you send us, including names, logos, voices and likenesses. You allow us to use it to deliver your project. Unless you tell us in writing not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.

8. Ownership and usage rights

Final-master usage is set out in your written scope and is subject to source licenses. After full payment you may use the delivered films for the business purposes stated in that scope. Assignment, exclusivity, resale, broadcast and paid advertising need explicit written rights clearance. Pre-existing Anchor and Milo characters, raw project files, prompts, working drafts and our tools and methods stay ours. Third-party music, voices and assets may carry their own terms, and we will tell you about them before delivery.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use the site or our services for anything unlawful, deceptive or infringing, to depict real people without their permission, or to attack or overload the site.

11. Disclaimers and limits

Except where the law does not allow it, the site and free tools are provided as is, without warranties. Our total liability for any claim about a paid package is limited to the amount you paid for that package, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

California law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, after we have tried in good faith to resolve them by email.

13. Changes

We may update these terms, and the date above will change. Questions: hello@anchorstudiosvenice.com.
