Rights and responsible use

AI makes new kinds of creative work possible. It only lasts if the work is clean: made with permission, clearly described, and safe to use. This page says how we handle that.

What is AI and what is human

We use AI tools together with human creative direction. A person directs the work and reviews every film before delivery. Outputs can vary, and some AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection, so we cannot promise exclusive copyright in every element. Our Terms set out ownership and usage rights for each project in writing.

What we will not make

If a brief or a prompt asks for one of these, we decline it. The Engine can also block a prompt, and when it does, every credit is returned.

Your materials

You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you send us, including names, logos, voices and likenesses. In our free tools, photos and projects stay in your browser and are not uploaded. See Privacy.

Music, voices and third-party assets

Third-party AI tools, music, voices and assets can carry their own terms. We tell you about any that apply before delivery, and your written scope lists what you may do with the finished film.

Report a concern or send a takedown notice

If you believe something we made or host infringes your rights, or is unsafe, email hello@anchorstudiosvenice.com with what it is, where it is, and why. We reply within 2 business days and will pause or remove content while we look into it. We have not yet registered a designated copyright agent with the U.S. Copyright Office; we will before we host content from the public.

This page is a plain-language statement of our practices, not legal advice, and is a draft until reviewed by an attorney.
